Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SEE customer account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email the moment it is complete.
